  • Headline FindingsNI 27 represents residents' perceptions of how well the local council and police understand local concerns about anti-social behaviour and crime issues, and is measured as the proportion of respondents who strongly agree/ tend to agree with this statement. On this measure Sandwell achieves a score of 24%.
    * Older respondents are more likely to agree; 29% of those aged 65+ agree that the police and other public services seek people's views compared with 24% overall.
    * Those in social rented and privately rented accommodation are also more likely to agree that public services effectively seek people's views (31% and 37% respectively).
